Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, however we aim to break even on our postage and packing costs and prefer to bring you the best product prices we can rather than artificially increase them to offer free delivery for all orders. For higher value orders (over £150) shipping to mainland UK addresses we are happy to absorb the standard delivery cost and so provide it free of charge.
How will my order be sent?
Within the UK we offer next working day delivery service once your order is complete (next working day available for mainland UK only).
Please note: A signature will be required (APC or equivalent will send you a tracking number).

How will I know which shipping options apply to me?
The available shipping options will be shown in a drop-down menu at checkout for you to select. If you have selected an option that is not available for your destination you will be advised when you enter you shipping details and asked to select an alternative method.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we welcome overseas customers and have shipped as far afield as France, Germany, Spain and Portugal.
For European destinations, we have airmail (up to 2kg) and courier (up to 30kg) shipping options available and for other Worldwide destinations, we have airmail (up to 2kg) shipping options available as standard during checkout. A fully tracked airmail service is also available for those destinations where the postal system supports it. Airmail prices are dependent on weight and will be shown in your basket when a shipping option is selected.
If you select your country at checkout and you see a message saying ‘The delivery method you have specified is invalid for your location, please contact us for a delivery cost as your country may be a destination for which we do not yet have a standard shipping option set up or the items in your basket may be too heavy for our standard shipping options. Either way, we will be able to supply you with a shipping cost to your destination and advise the most cost-effective method.
Please note: International orders over 2kg will be shipped via road/sea due to transport regulations of batteries and may be subject to import duties/taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Delivery can take up to 10-15 days depending on the destination and may be delayed if duties need to be paid.
When will my order be sent?
On average most Powapacs take approx 5-7 working days to manufacture and this can sometimes be extended during busy periods. We aim to despatch all orders on the next working day after your order is completed (subject to stock availability and payment authorisation). We are open Mon-Fri so if you place an order at the weekend it will be processed on Monday. If there is a problem despatching your order we’ll contact you straight away.
Which courier do you use?
Within the UK we use APC for fast, reliable service. When we e-mail you your order completion you will also be sent an email from APC with your tracking number so that you can monitor delivery progress. All deliveries require a signature and if no one is available to sign when APC attempts delivery they will leave you a card with your re-delivery options (including delivery to another address or collection from a local depot if preferred).
For international deliveries, alternative couriers may be used.
The stock status shown on our website is kept as accurate and up-to-date as possible, however, there might be occasions where we have made an error and an item is incorrectly shown as in stock when it is not. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when we are expecting more stock to arrive and discuss your options.
Our system does not allow you to put more items in your basket than we have in stock, so if you need more please contact us. We can normally source larger quantities of most items within a few days.
If an item is shown as out of stock you can request to be notified when we have more available.
Please note that some items are special orders (e.g. TV,s or special patterns) and may take longer to despatch. Where this applies it will be shown on the product page or emailed to once you order.
We want you to be satisfied with the products you have purchased from us so if you decide you no longer want the goods for any reason you have a period of 7 working days (starting from the day after you receive them) to return them to us for a no-quibble refund*. We simply ask that you contact us by e-mail before sending them.

For faulty items, you should notify us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund. Faults reported after 30 days but within the 12-month warranty period should be returned to the retailer to arrange a warranty return. Returns after the 12-month warranty period should be sent directly to us at our returns address. we will always attempt an appropriate repair before offering any other resolution. We only use recognised third-party contractors to carry out warranty-approved repairs if necessary.
